Today i got killed by player and he definetely had time to loot me, but i still had my items after respawn.
Is it ok or he just didn't looted me?

You don't loose items on death in this session.

But what stopping peoples from duping items by killing and lotting their friend? or you can't even loot peoples you killed in pvp?

You can't loot players, you just loose your items deterioration on death (-10-15 %)

You can also lose experience on death (depends on level).
Ya, that was stupid. (Not a big fan of the current loot drop system either.)
