Crafted nice shotgun, so i don't want it to last only 3 hours of use.

No, items are supposed to deteriorate otherwise you could use one item forever and that would kill economy and fun. You can repair it to 100/100% by using Oil Can but those are rare and not worth to waste on Combat Shotgun. You will find better items, dont worry

If u have high repair, this tool that give 50+ and repair perk, u can easly repair it "perfectly" most of the times, and it will not take item endurance at all, and have item like this for a very long time.

Wrong.
If you have Mr.Fixit, maxed repair and the tool, you have a DECENT at most chance to fix it without it detoriating. At most, decent, nowhere near "easily".

Correct, assuming he isn't unlucky and repairs it on, at most, second try.
