explorer perk doesnt work

Outdoorsman 150, dialog option says that Mantis the ghoul shows me map and I now see all locations and say thanks. But nothings happens, no perk.

I get the same issue.
I've also filled all of the old requirements of the perk (visited most worldmap locations and all train stations).

Did you repair her Geiger Counter?
Do you have all four train station on your World Map?

Try this dialogue few times with him, there is something wrong but if you have most of towns visible and all visible train station, you should have get it

it is. i took this perk about 2 days ago and there is nothing wrong with it.
