Is this game good for solo autism, or is it only fun when joining other peoples, like eve online?

There's plenty of new quests you can do solo without too much trouble.
You can also do light PvP by yourself, and there's always people around to take part in caravans.

You can also do harder quests in turn based by dual logging with two of your own characters (if you don't mind turn based combat).
Remember only dual log for PvE, never ever dual log for any PvP activities.
