Burst Attack and Crits

How critical hits works with burst attacks? Is it worth to go 10 luck and crit perks when I mostly play Small Guns, and burst? Or just ignore it and 1 luck build?

roll for each bullets if there is more than 75% (i think?) then its in log as critical hits
