Minibosses from telltales quests sometime spawn in blocked area of map.

and they sometimes spawn outside of the map and you cannot see them at all

Yes, i can't kill the Fallen from telltale too, and don't know what would be better to do for this telltale mob correct spawn at his location. :(

Any ideas?
