Cannot find Ronnie

Ronnie, of the Wasteland Band quest, does not seem to be anywhere in Junktown.

Any tips?

Toggle down walls and roofs. You will see him standing outside the bar building, hidden at the northern-most corner. However, please comment here if he is stuck in "busy" mode.

Maybe a bomb? Reset him?
