BRD small/big guns build
« on: September 09, 2017, 09:34:08 pm »
Greetings, I 'm going to share you with my fresh made build and want to ask you to tell if something wrong or you can suggest better:

REG build:
6 s 8 p 10 e 1 c 2 i 10 a 1 l

Trait: bonehead & fast shot

In-game drugged:
7 s 5 p 10 e 1 c 2 I 10 a 1 l

(drugs: jet, ciggs, psycho, beer, nuka, buffout)

Perks:
Adrenaline rush
Toughness
Even tougher
Lifegiver (x2)
BRD
MRD
Bonus rate of fire

Tags:
BG
FA
Lockpick or otdrsman or small guns

275(?) HP (+ 20HP implant)
12 AP
20 DR

I suppose this build may be awesome for any miniguns and maybe H&K P90 and XL7 if tagged small guns too.
Also, don't think it'll be good in PVP fights. As I know, if ya want to good PVP you need to be full implanted.

And please, could someone tell me what 'Chem reliant' trait means, cause I really don't understand it by description in wiki.

Thanks in advance)

Perk: You are more easily addicted to chems. All drug addictions are permanent, but the drugs effects last twice as long as usual.
More info on addiction: https://www.fonline-reloaded.net/wiki/index.php?title=Addicted

At this point in time, the difference is the duration and the addiction. Without Chem Reliant, you CAN take drugs but you can stop using them, duration of the drug buff is standard.
With Chem Reliant, you NEED to take the drugs because the Addiction doesn't wear off (not taking them = 1ap less). Each drug's buff lasts twice as much time though.

Generally a useless perk.

REG build:
6 s 8 p 10 e 1 c 2 i 10 a 1 l

Trait: bonehead & fast shot

In-game drugged:
7 s 5 p 10 e 1 c 2 I 10 a 1 l

(drugs: jet, ciggs, psycho, beer, nuka, buffout)

- why would you take 6 base ST ? you need only 5 for adrenaline rush, last point is wasted
- you dont need buffout, that 2 extra ST gives you nothing, only helps against weapon drops but its better to skip buffout, take that 1 point from AG and put it into LK for bypass resistance and crit chance
with 5 base ST you will have enough hit chance even without buffout if you invest enough skill points into weapon skills
- 5 PE after drugs is too low, avenger range is 35 hexes = 5 PE but you need to see few hexes behind your max range to have time to react
- 1 int is enough to take all perks that you need

i would do it this way
SPECIAL without drugs : 5 9 10 1 1 9 4 (if you are low level then you can take 2 int 3 lk)
SPECIAL with drugs : 6/4 6 10 1 1 10 4
drugs : cigs, psycho, beer, nuka + optionally jet
traits : bonehead + 1 optionable trait (bloody mess, loner, good natured.. not fastshot, it does NOT give +5 flat damage anymore)

Perks:
Adrenaline rush
Toughness
Even tougher
Lifegiver (x2)
BRD
MRD
Bonus rate of fire
perks are fine, after BRD and toughness changes its best perk choices for burster by far for sure

And please, could someone tell me what 'Chem reliant' trait means, cause I really don't understand it by description in wiki.
your drugs lasts twice as long but stimpaks heals you 1/3 less

I dont think you can reach 200 BG by level 29 with 1 int?

Also, With 9 agi and 1 int you would need 290 BG skill to hit at max range which is ~70 levels. Cause everyones got 50 AC now ....  :facepalm

no you cant but you can put points to SG to take perks and then go BG
1 int burster is only for very high levels, normally you want 2-3 int so you can go straight for BG

Thank you all guys for advices)
I want to ask one question, and I know it's offtop but.. How to level fast in this game, except to killing critters?
I've seen builds named 'Leveling'. There are some special builds for it?

Yup, almost anything with loner and swift learner is good. Educated is not needed, requires too much int imo.
