Crippler/Finesse in this session?

Well, didn't try but it could be quiet powerfull build especially with crit shots that seems to be more powerful than last session.

Yea, I was wondering exactly about that one.

I was just thinking loud, I took at first Kamikaze but it was a terrible mistake, I had to reroll.
Crits are good enough without those 10% more dmg (that can be added from statted weapon), but this 10% less DR is hell on earth especially as you said for paper builds as snipers.

It looks like some traits and perks need small fixes. I am thinking about sniper build because I was pretty sure they got buff now but wasteland is harsh for snipers as before.

Snipers got nerfed pretty bad this round.
EW snipers are no longer viable, SG snipers, well, just barely I guess?

Consider with no resistance bonuses that you have a base 40% resistance in combat armor. With Kamikaze, that goes down to 30%. Just imaging taking jet with that. You now have less base DR than someone with a leather jacket.

Of course, I don't see why you would, it's just eye opening when you think of it that way.

Well, it doesn't really matter now I guess, I've decided to abandon the idea completely, EW snipers can't be properly built in this session.

Only one reason for building EW is Gatling Laser.

Laser Rifle has been bumped a bit but there's still an issue of the difference between the ammo types. SEC gives zero bonuses which, honestly, has always puzzled me whereas .223, pistol has a nice bonus to it.
