Fort Seth NPCs Possible Exploit

[Fantastic]

At Fort Seth, the NPCs can be shot and killed without aggroing the others, I'm assuming because their AI is broken.

Each NPC gives around 700 XP and a 100/100 Sniper Rifle when killed and there are 17 NPCs here.

I'd recommend disabling loot and XP gain from them, or fixing their AI.
