Yeah, boss healing in RT is broken and makes some of them like Tin Man and Puppet Man unwinnable.

I'd like to know that as well - how are needlers working nowadays? Is the poison stacking? And how does it work - is it a tick once a few seconds?

Tried it with fast shot. It's shit. 2% of poison every shot.
