I can't take any Caravan job

So yeah, i get something like that from Caravan Master when i wanna do a Job

"I don't think we could use someone like you. You don't look like you could survive with as for long'

I have 12 level, and i was able to take all caravan jobs before, now i have this in everysingle one. Why this is happening?

You need armor with 40%+ and weapon with 15%+ condition if I remember right

I buy new weapon and Armor, and Im able to join caravans now. Thanks.

I cannot join either my equip is all 100% I'm melee char does that matter? I was thinking maybe caravan guard also checking gun skill %?
