Some fixes and ninjafixes, including:
- fake "you have gone up a level" message should no longer appear,
- characters should no longer remain in "off" state in key locations like Hub, NCR, Adytum, SF.

I have been seeing spears, sharpened poles, etc. in Gecko inventories in the woodland part of the settlement.

Also people should be warned not to leave things in containers in settlement- they disappear when the random items refresh.
Not a bug, but important.
Players are using the still as a common loot pool - it seems safe from refresh.

Characters are still "off" in places such as Junktown Mine, it is stated that it was only in core locations, but I'm just letting you know :P

I have an issue with the world map. When I try to move the view(right click, drag mouse to area of interest) the map goes crazy. For example I'm looking at the Hub, I try to drag the camera towards say Mariposa or the Boneyard, but all it does is jump towards the lower right corner, towards the Glow and beyond it. It makes it very difficult to navigate on the map. Sadly I don't think I can explain it better. Anyone else having the same problem?

I have same problem as kravar.

I had this problem too, and fixed it by changing my games resolution to a different one then back again. Try doing that if you haven't already.

that and the 300 FA skill NPCs seem to have
