As I was browsing wiki I noticed the inconsistency of Toughness and Even Tougher perks. As Toughness now gives 1DT and 5DR across all resistances while Even Tougher affects only Normal DT and DR, was actually hoping to see it go 2DT and 10DR across all resistances. Is this an actual intended inconsistency, balance thing or was it just overlooked?

Q: Apparently CAWS is supposed to have stats of Pancor but the in-game description mentions STR6 req as well as 15 ammo mag.
What's going on here?

Also: is re-rolling still possible? And if so, is it available even after taking the tutorial?

I took tutorial, and I re-rolled without any problems. So it's safe as hell

Hmm, did you actually get any exp at tutorial? I assume that if I exceed level 1 in the tutorial, I won't be able to use the exp book from a rerolled character?

Also, what about CAWS?

yes, you can go to tutorial but if you level up then you cant use book

1) What's with CAWS having half of the stats of CAWS and half of the stats of Pancor?
2) Is it true that Sharpshooter now requires 3 INT? If so - why? This has not been announced anywhere, neither in the patch notes nor in the wiki.

@1: It has dmg/ap stats of old pancor but it's not a pancor.

Sweet, so it's no longer possible to create a decent EW sniper. Or any sniper at all, for that matter.
What the heck is with the snipers nerf this round?
