Help. How do you Chat?

I'm new and i dont know how to use the chat system. please help me.

Click enter, write msg you want to send and click enter once again.
Use shift + enter to whisper (unless you have radio in your backpack)
Use ctrl + enter to shout (red letters which are seen on guys on whole your actual map)
