rack used 20 ap in one turn. He threw a plasma grenade, moved 7 steps, threw a plastic explosive, detonated it, then moved 4 steps all inside of a single turn. I know I've been gone for awhile, but has hacking become allowed or something?

10 AG, +1 AP armor, jet, 2 levels Action Boy = 15 AP, Bonus Move (2 movement points in TB) = 17 AP. If swap from grenade to active slot containing a +1 AP item, then one more AP = 18.

Is there only one level of Bonus Move?
Implants don't increase AP.

Cookie? +1 AP = 19 AP.

Perhaps some perk that reduces AP needed for throwing grenade?

hes not hacking.. if someone is starting combat his first action doesnt cost ap (it shows on client like it costed ap but on server it didnt and this ap is refunded at second action) or then there is other option that he got 2 turns in a row, happens sometime, TB has alot of bugs
