As title, you can't write letters which are used for hotkeys in "Tape".

So that's what that problem is. Good find. What works, is to type up a holotape in an out-of-game text file, and then copy/paste it into an in-game tape. Keep character row width to 53 in txt file for best-looking format in Pip-Boy.

I have a bunch of tapes already written. If you'd like to upload them to a character, we can meet in Hub. They are mostly wiki info tapes on things like Hit Chance, lists of perks, vehicles, etc.
