I have an Explorer build but am tired of running all the time so want to make a Big Guns build. Want to keep my Explorer though and with a wipe coming (?) looking to avoid the grind some. Looking for any stat implants and a leveling book around 40 to around 50 level. Will pay in caps or have a few interesting things to trade including a couple of Stealth Boys, a power converter thing for a car, and 10 frag mines. Lots of normal stuff but guessing those would be the only thing of real interest to most people. PM with what you have and what you want.
