Interface Making

Hello, I'm interested in making my own interface for myself and friends or anyone else who wants to use it. Anyone have any ideas as to how I would go about editing the images and such to my liking? Thanks in advance.

unpack default interface files from game data or download some of these interfaces posted on forum and edit it to your liking. graphic png files you can edit even in paint, text ini files in notepad. thats all.
