needler pistol

Make an ammunition for needler pistol that heals the target with a stimpak round, this could either be craftable from stimpaks ( normal- maybe even super too or would that be op? and if we could craft hypos then we could use them to fa severly low hp players that are knocked out ect.)

this may mean that using team medics could be more useful and if we had healer perks work on more than just fa then we could see more medics in teams which is interesting...
