Fixed a while back, except that answer node should be "A really good doctor wouldn't get blood all over himself"


The problem here was the ' symbols. Whoever wrote it had a cyrilic (russian) keyboard and used some "illegal" characters when typing, so the engine wasn't able to pick them up. We don't have in game cyrillic support via dialog, only in user input I believe.
