fast relog is when u log in another char before 3 mins... that means the "off" only last 45 seconds of those 3 mins, your argument is wrong. Also, Im sure most of us get reported for suspicion all the time, doesnt mean we're fast relogging. So "maybe" is an ok term to use here.
