Critical burst

I have one question. Does the game count critical chance for each bullet, or only for whole burst?(can you deal more dmg, taking crit perks?)  Because i don't see spray and pray perk here, so basically it means no crit bursters?

i am not sure for critical burst... but Spray and Pray PERK was removed.... ASK Kilgore for details...
