Beth, the npc from hub's gun store buys this blueprint for about 45k caps. I know she will never have this much caps, but I could easily sell to her for 10k caps and some gatling laser she has and them sell them for Jacob (the guy at oldtown who buys big weapons) for 10k each.

So, you guys could offer more than 15k for this blueprint or not?
