I think it could be nice if at least 2 implants remain buyable after wipe:

  • int implant - it is extremely frustrating to find this one when your main character is already on >100 level. Finding it late in the game may make you consider starting a new character and I do not think this is the way it should work. Putting it into store would solve the problem.
  • end implant - it does not bring much value anyway so making it buyable & removing it from lockers would probably be more relevant.

Both of above do not really affect PvP capabilities of a character. They actually resemble support perks in terms of the effect so I assume it would be better to make them obtainable on more regular basis. Any thoughts on that will be appreciated.

Not true, players don't have to level as much with int implant, so you can make a SG-EW sniper at leve 105-110 with int implant

Assuming that the wipe will not bring changes that override both of your theory about PvP.

also level 105 as a build... for the mentally sane ofc

you can always reroll and pick it at level 30

This should encourage players to put in time to level, not bot. Rewarding levelling ensures more players stay playing.

not bad, i would say higher level though. 70+ is pretty low perhaps 150+

All that would do is encourage more grind. With no level cap it's already bad enough (see 1IN 300 sneak 300 sg char )
