Nothing will happen about this. Even if the names are offensive, there is no personnel to bother checking character names, if they are offensive or not. It cannot be automated, consumes a lot of time. If you don't believe me, name your char "Kilg0re Sucks", no one will notice

I understand the feeling though, FO2 suffered this problem at starting zones, when they had pop. All the porn star kids, grouping up and hunting newbies around Junktown. When they found you, they pondered a bit, selected the weapon depending which death animation they wanted to see, and BAM.

It's I believe some legacy of 2238, related to this retarded requirement of starting a faction whenever you want to buy yourself a base.
FOnline2 allows you to select any faction name you want, no limitations apart from name length I think. I wasn't particularly interested in this, but I don't think any gets deleted because some little fascist feels offended down deep his miserable soul or something.
