as far as i know there are only two 400+ level characters in game so i guess you was speaking about me or plug
i would like to know what is not okay about our levels, they dont give any pvp advantage and we are leveling legit way, by caravans without exploiting 11+ slots in caravan or anything similar, same with Plug so dont throw shit on us, please
even right now im on caravan, adding screen taken few minutes ago just to prove it, people say that i do some exploits when i tell them that im leveling by caravans because they never see me on caravan
reason why people never see me doing caravans is because i dont do hub caravans, instead i do van grafs which travel only through klamath, den and redding because its most efficient caravan in game, there are no annoying ghouls, no mutants, not any zones where you can get kicked and not any annyoing people from hub which just leech and would report me even for some accidental friendlyfire, you can even see my kills, most of it is from caravans, rebeliants and mad warriors are all those men/women kills, thats just to justify myself
about your 300 dungeons runs..it is not enough for implanting yourself
2% chance to spawn rare item or implant is just like illusion, truth is that there is 2% chance that one of 26 "rare" items will spawn
from which only 3 are combat implants
so you have only 0,23% chance per magic locker respawn to find combat implant which means that you need to open 434 magic lockers in average to find combat implant
in those 26 "rare" items are also items which are not rare at all like bridgekeeper's robe, solar scorcher, alien blaster, g11 and such.. so actual chance to get something rare is much lower then 2%
also there wasnt any update for loong time so i dont see how game became ruined from day to another when it was fine before, i think you are just overreacting
