Police Uniform Sneak Penalty

Police Uniform doesnt have sneak penalty, sneakers are not supposed to wear such armors which has resistances like Brotherhood Armor.

I agree, I use to have chars that use armors like that too and also don't forget pants same as CA mkii as well.

You forgot to mention females don't change skin and remain bluesuit (cause they got no skin :p)

I sense butthurt here. Sneak is useless anyway so I guess changing it  will just finish the sneak.

I agree with seki, I think these armors were overlooked and not meant for sneak. I think sneak is far from useless but if someone thinks so then I recommend not using sneak and see how well their team does

yeah same with combat jacket and maybe some of those armors from caves too
