Yeah in TC lockers, just 0.5% change to get it :P
Well better than 2238 had 0% for power armors exists.

I would still prefer footlocker search :)
No Power Armors there, but many other interesting stuff.

What for answers...

 So you can find random stuff, like caps, ammos, guns, BP and sometimes armors, but not BoS i think.

i found a lot of nice things... money from ~100 to ~1000 caps, and all kind of chemicals and parts for crafting and tools.... from guns, good ones... Gatling Lasers few of them.... CA mk1 and mk2,.... amunition.... drugs all kind... i found Hypo....

ask if you need more help... it is good for all PVE players to farm for lockers.... specially for CRAFTERS... free crafting items for good and expensive items...

forgot to say.... every few Footlockers you got BP.... search on forum for locations where are better locations for BP...
