Every PvP Faction is Arrogant, and honestly I think with majority of UV shouting smack talk every fight, and acting like retarded kids. Throwing a rock is just out of place.

Well if I remember correctly, the main role of teachers of RT PvP were "field" officers like Knuckle, LeTroll, Seki, LeMark and main (maybe even the man who has done biggest work) the redneck Gimper.
Anyway I think they could show them trick or two, but Khans learnt about PvP in the battlefield, on their own. With all respect for your officers.
