Can someone remind me formula hit chance for each bullet in burst (weapons like minigun), if you are standing more then 1 hex from enemy....i don't remember exactly but i think it looks like this :
1 bullet - 95%
2 - 93%
3-91%
...
40- 15%
each following a bullet havee -2% to hit
And is it matter how many skill you have for each bullet? I mean if l have 300% - the last bullet still have 15% or no? (and is it matter how far standing enemy)
