What to do next?

Hello!

I have an über noob question,
About a week ago a decide to give FO a try (huge fan of original FO)
Worked out alright at first; Got char to lvl 34; Have private mine; Got Bps for Combat Armor, Bullpup Shotgun, Plasma & Laser; Car; Tons of resources; Several Dozens of green armour/bullpups in storage ...

There is one problem however, I can't figure out what to do next,

I can manage solo vault 15 (barely, so not used to RT) and that's about it; I can kill stuff quick but stuff kills me as quick and it seems there is no other way to get better gear but New Reno/WW ...

I started another guy (sniper) and been thinking about big guns guy, but really I can single burst anything in V15 for example, problem when there 3 or more at once  ...

Does one have to be in a group to progress further?

for starters,what is your build ?

Five major things:

* The GR quest (repeatable)
* Glow
* New Reno/Sewers
* Warehouse
* Ares

Can you solo that GR quest yet? Even when yes, how long does it take? Can you do it faster/more efficiently?

Been to Glow much? The robots are mostly easy but juggling them with radiation and enemy players is fun stuff.

Small chance to get implants from Warehouse! Slags are tough though, and once again, enemy players.

Been inside Ares much? Bring some help.

Hey Agazoo, drugs help a lot with ur damage resistance. Try practicing to hex slags with xl, avenger or gattling. Read up on forum about builds for pvp and get familiar with RT. Try to solo the mutants quest in RT. Once u get more practice and confidence, come try some PVP. Good luck and dont give up! Peace.

I actually improved quite a bit; I totally neglected key bindings, fog and cornering;

Did four v15 runs today, and the last one, once I got used to keys, went particularly well, only one stim used; Used no drugs, will look into that, I was under impression they are dangerous because of addiction;

Build is non-aimed, 12ap, SG 201%, EW: 161%; Big guns i decide not to level for this guy and do energy instead, probably mistake

en: 10
ch: 2
In: 8
ag: 10
lk: 1

Since it was a first char, I had to compromise;

Anyways will try GLOW / GR quest today ...

First of all,here is a good build for a begginer :

this will allow you to craft and do pve easily ,maybe even defeat someone in pvp.

This char is called a fast leveler char,bcs you have the loner trait and you will take the swift learner support perk. Info about support perks : http://www.fonline-reloaded.net/wiki/index.php?title=Support_Perks

With 6 int on this build you have enough skill points to raise the skills needed for crafting and you are able to raise combat skills high enough to use weapons properly.

Yes I can totally agree that wiki and forum are your friends. You can always ask about anything and everything

For better efficiency you should use drugs. Take nuka cola, cigarettes, psycho and maybe buffout if you get proper build. They are not so bad in game, do not worry

Yes! Wiki helps great deal (as well as other rtfm's and forum);

Reroll is not a option unfortunately, invested about 220kg into blueprints already; Can't afford to loose that;

Tried GR Muties Quest,

In TB it's a cake; Got loads of gear, including Gatling and Unique Minigun;

In RT i doubt; I can probably manage first two pulls if I survive guy with Gatling; The rest - no way; But I really gotta try next reset

Anyways, I think I can actually manage it myself; I wasted good amount of money on the Bps i don't need and i managed to accumulate got amount of gear and resources today; Should be able to get what I need;
