There is a number 01 i think there should be a menu or smthng but it is bugged

I'm pretty new on this game: but I did not find where download the "updated interface" mentioned here.
So, and sorry for this, answering to a question should not be just a "message counter" advance or say RTFM without link a manual.
If there is an update client version, please link it in the answer.
