Killing Reno Sewer Slags

I recently noticed Killing Reno Sewer slags drops your reputation in New Reno. I'm currently vilified at -4900, and I've never killed a Reno citizen on this Character.

Have you ever killed anyone inside the church inadvertently?  I've had a few battles inside there and the civvies don't last too long lol...

Nope, I'm afraid I never fight inside of this Church. Well, I was killing NPCs in TC towns by accident and never received such a low rep in these towns.
