Unable to play

I didn't know where to post this but I've been trying to play this game for a while but whenever I register, go to the main menu, log in and try to play it flashes the loading screen for a second and then says that the "password or username is incorrect" I'm rather eager to play so if there is anyone who can help me I would appreciate it :)

Maybe you used a name that is already in use - while registering.
Register a different nickname and login. There is a message saying that your nickname is already in use.
