no cursor at game start?

So i am very new to the game watched a few videos on you tube thought it looked cool, but i cant do anything when the game is booted up my cursor is not on the screen but works fine every where else but on the game is there any way i can fix this?

If you just want to play along with smb, you can join a faction or just ask other people to team up through discord or in-game chat.
It is also possible to make a temporary party with a leader everyone follows on worldmap, instuctions can be found in this guide

Reroll of a character removed a Childkiller karma perk, but i cant talk with childrens anyway. Is it a bug? What i must do to take a light step perk?

Make sure you're not wearing a Metal Mask - it scares the kids and they won't talk to you.
