Somehow kids playing kickball on a new team immediately switch their loyalties to the new team and the team itself trust's them. Here, no. No trust, even after a month - anyone can betray the team. So yes i think good idea, Barney's, but how to implement this?
Actually, i don't think it's necessary since i believe your idea, as much as i agree with it, is based on a false premise: this server is alive and well without taking such measures. Just be patient i think.
