Question about keys binding

Hello. I do not know how to bind a key to discharge Tesla armor or self-healing. I do not see that in fo2238cfg.exe
I must edit *.cfg file?
Give an example of the syntax please.
Or tell me what i'm doing wrong :-)

you need to put a command in 2238.cfg file using notepad you can find commands  for what you need in changeling on forum.  They need to be added in binding section of cfg file
