I can't have any slaves (as a slaver).

I can't get any slave- I have 2 companions and 200/153 PP without bonuses.
The slavers don't want to sell me slaves, like I can't catch any slave too. (It tells my party is full)
I increased my PP to 203 value (200/203) and I still can't get slaves, my friend can't give them to me too.
I used ~disbandparty away_team     command having 2 companions with me- I got a description that 0 (zero) follower(s) were disbanded- it means I don't have any forgotten slaves too.
Can you fix this problem?
