Bullshit, if this were around since 2238, everyone would know. As most of us have been playing LONG before 2238 died.

I remember being FORCED to scour through the code to see what the fuck was happening in the game, because none of the dialogue was in english and there were no wiki's.

I'm not convinced you are an innocent party in this. This is a GAME BREAKING advantage. I'd say it deserves a wipe, but whats the point? You guys have your names all over the Pipboy, wouldn't want to lose that...

because it's possible only with crit bullets.. 2X tough adr.rush guy ON jet takes 120 dmg on range from pure low hp dmg bg burster. And no need to lie here.

Look, I don't know what to tell you if you're builds aren't optimized. I'm surely not going to give you the builds that my friends and I have worked on together. If you would care to enter Hinkley for some PvP to see what I'm talking about then fine.

I can prove my build anytime. And you have a good chance to loose, due to your favourite jet. Btw, gatling guy < avenger because of damn jet also, which he's forced to use, because it's impossible to do 2xburst without jet. And 1 burst is obviously not enough.

Only snipers and sneakers should ever take jet. I can already burst twice in 1 turn with avenger. Why would I need jet?

Gatling laser is easily countered (MA MK2) or Brotherhood Armor. That and its inability to be crafted are its downfalls.

I disagree. Stop using jet, take psycho and 2x tough, you will see the difference, even without adrenaline rush. You will not be able to kill even 190 hp guy from range with doubleburst.

First I'd like to say; this isn't a complaint about PvP. The server has a high focus on PvP and that aspect is enjoyable. PvE however, is severely lacking. The only PvE a character has is grinding 1-30.

Some of my favorite memories from TLA and 2238 were the PvE server events. Some were "be among the last 10 to survive wave after wave of enemy."
         -These forced me to work together with players I'd been fighting the entire time.
         -All grudges were momentarily dropped in the greater effort to SURVIVE

Another idea is a "heist" situation. In which say "BoS has recently made some technological breakthrough" or "You have heard about the location to BoS PA armory." A conceptual design would be a standard entrance with incredibly strong enemies that a player must "sneak" past. Another entrance could be lightly guarded, but only opens from the inside.
         -Sneak character gets inside, avoids detection (enemy facing movements) and opens the door
         -Players from faction enter and loot the vault, all while fighting BoS to escape
         -could be a great way for a faction to obtain PA or HPA without the current mechanic of "get lucky"
                -or other rare loot

Dungeons have been talked about being improved. I have faith that these will eventually be finished. These are just some ideas that could help make the game more enjoyable between bouts of Town Control.

I guess you're saying the entire crew of BBS that just got wiped at Mariposa were BAD BUILDS. Before you even start, there was only 1 crafter, the others were PvP escorts as well as backup called in.

You might want to check again, I'm one of the founding members of ARWH. You know that faction that you avoid doing PvP against.

Let me explain why we are better than you. You see, you have the privilege of playing a game that is in a language you speak. The phrase "wastelands are harsh" is accurate, but imagine it as we went through it. Feeling around in the dark because the wiki wasn't in english, the very dialogue in the game wasn't in english. Yet we were still able to compete.

We tested things to see how they worked, we had to figure things out ourselves. And a few: Cirn0, Mars Sultan, and Nark even delved into the code to try and better understand the game. I'm sure you will come to recognize those names more in the future.

We built our own greatness from the ground up, as apposed to you who tries to cling on to it via proxy. Its pathetic really. Anyone of worth can tell other decent players when they see them. A few members of TTTLA are pretty good, DocAN and Kilgore from BBS and as much as I hate to admit it T888 and some of the original SoT are great at the game. You on the other hand, you're nothing.

You should count yourself lucky that we are different timezones, as to limit your interaction with us.

I do you dipshit. Go test it for yourself. The numbers are accurate.

You write things as if you have some air of superiority. When in reality you are no better than Kill n Die. I doubt you even design your characters yourself. Likely handed down from other, better faction members. You are nothing but a peon, a body that is there and controlled by the more functional members of your faction. It would do you well to know your place.

I have, and always do wreck you in game. Keep an eye out for me next time so you recognize it, Optical Prime, or Negro League.

16-19(1/3 # of bullets that can hit at greater than 1 hex)(2/3 (ap ammo mod)(1-.(.40+.15-.35) (.4 from camk2 .15 from toughness/even tougher -.35 from ap ammo))(.95 chance to hit)(40 shots in a burst)

the 16-19 damage is the 13-16 base with +4 from BRD and +3 from MRD then -4 from toughness/tougher and armor DT after ap mod.

Damage formula per bullet is a bit different:
( [ (weapon damage + brd) * dmg mod] - DT) * DR

ave: (109 - 131) /2 = 120

I'm 99% sure avenger burst is rounded to 14 bullets. Also XL got 15 not 12 bullets burst.

ahh you're right. I was multiplying the DT and DR in wrong spots. I was using the wiki for the information on bursts, because I'm on my laptop. The wiki is clearly wrong.

Thank you for the correction. I thought the damages seemed a little low. You get a similar result however.
a nearly 50% damage advantage for 1 more AP.

1st-SG doesnt require as much strength as BG, so you can save that Special points and use it in other stat.
2nd-BRD isnt a must have if you are using SG, so you can choose other perks to boost your resistances.

If i wanted to deliver damage, i wouldnt make a SG burster, id go for BG. If i just wanted to be tanky, id probably tag SG.
Strength is a non factor because BG only require 7 strength while (p90 requires 4 but is not optimal) the xl70e requires 5. BG characters take 5 str and the weapon handling at level 3. This is the obvious choice because level 3 perks are trash.

The bonus ranged damage is included to the SG bursts to make sure that both weapons are held to the same standard. The damage would favor the BG even further if it was not included in the SG as well.

The only "Tankiness" that a bg character will lose out on is Adrenaline Rush (USELESS) and toughness (2 DT 5 DR) which is not enough to account for the SIGNIFICANT damage difference
