I like craftable backpack worn in place of armor for double carry weight. Supersledge is already good melee weapon. Craftable pickaxe would only be usable for mining and give double mats and use half the AP. Both of these items would eliminate need for more perks just for mining.

- Craftable pickaxe that doubles mats gathered and halves AP. Would require: Wood, 2 good metal parts, and advanced workbench.

Removes need for two of those perks...less need for alting.

Containers should have filters like merchants. My truck is less than 20% full and it is a pain to find something.

Take All button should always take all.

Gecko skinning is perfect in Klamath. It is a place of trappers so makes sense.

I think Armorer 1 should only be in Modoc. Only other non-pvp reason to go there is for meat. Modoc has that leather armor guy in a town surrounded by cows, geckos, and enemies wearing leather.

People should need to leave safe towns to get nice stuff. Team up with faster players if there is a long journey.

2 similar bugs: First one I accidentally killed a guard so went into sneak and hid. Caravan would not leave encounter. Once I left encounter the caravan began to work properly. I waited long enough for Rustling Mantis to show up.

Second, was normal encounter with dogs and followers/apocalypse. Dogs were killed but caravan never left. Caravan leader was "busy." I tried pushing him and hitting him but he would not move and stayed busy. Hang Transportation is still on those same coords for a few hours now.

A single radio channel that announces when a match has opened, and who started the match. Then right after match starts the amount of players in that match. Then announces which side is winner.

No more guessing if your team has won, potential players can listen in to see if there is action in hinkley.

My challenge is to solo on my crafter-medic without using stims in RT. No fighting perks and only have hth traits, but still only use LSW and M60. M60 if I can 1 hex, LSW to get the ones farther away. Last two times I was too aggressive and had to use a stim.

This makes another issue. If stealing is allowed, it can equate to indirectly killing someone. Muties and renegades always require stimming. If someone steals your stims, you die and get looted.

But then a successful steal wont be mentioned in the log. If player tries kill the stealer to get back those stims it would only look like a ban worthy caravan killing.

There are 7 caravan companies, why not channels 21-27. Channel 20 could broadcast all companies messages, very spammy but might be useful.

Final suggestion: every 3-5 minutes the caravan's radio channel announces it's next destination, maybe along with coords. When a caravan is restocking, it sends an additional message that it has arrived. Another additional message when it departs.

Maybe too complex and a simple repeat of Caravan Leader dialog might be sufficient. But 7 channels I think is best idea.

Every day a buggy will be given away. It will be parked in any unguarded place. I will use a radio to announce where it will be parked. Whoever comes and grabs it first will be the owner of a new buggy.

Carry around a radio, obtain buggy.

This is also not just for when companion dies, but to have companion travel to you. Using a radio a certain way would allow companion to know where you are. The companion would not magically appear, but would arrive during the time it normally takes to travel on the map.

My follower has never respawned where I told it to. It has respawned in a random tent it has never visited and another random place.

There should be a way to distress a companion to current tent or base player is in.

Basically just the NPC from hubs dialogues put into the radio.

That sounds good as well. The information from a specific company just gets broadcasted every 5 minutes or so. This ignores arrivals and departures, just broadcasts the hub dialog at interval.
