Shot 2 member in the run) not deadpool plus you need to loot during combat because the npc gurads will take all the loot away before you can loot itYou must be part of UV
Just don't go to caravan when you see a UV or MOD member, they're douches and probably will hex you once encounter comes out

Also i think the khans are like the reapers from mass effect and this is like collecting the war assets to fight them
and then choosing either to control destroy or just straight out fight them
