You are right,but I leave those things up to the person who makes the char.
As for the Bozar - it is BG,but you can always lvl up and put points into BG so you can use this very rare weapon bcs the bazar is actually a sniper xD

Character builds / Crit sniper

This is a crit sniper build. This is NOT a damage sniper !
Here are the S.P.E.C.I.A.L stats :
Strenght 1 (YES THE MIN REQ FOR A SNIPER IS 5 STR BUT : Once you get SG to 300% you will have no negative effects of low strenght - TESTED )
Perception 7 (Sharpshooter +2 PER when it comes to range and cigarettes = 10 PER )
Endurance 10 (needed for PVP )
Charisma 1 (who the fuck cares about CH anyway)
Intelligence 3 (Dont bitch about INT,just level more)
Agility 10 (I Dont even have to explain this)
Luck 9 (That 1% doesnt really mean much,but you can make some modification on this -lower something so LK is 10 )
Traits :

2. Small Frame (http://www.fonline-reloaded.net/wiki/index.php?title=Small_Frame)
If you are making a DMG sniper instead of a CRIT sniper you can take bonehead or smth else

Now let me explain some things:
With this build,your SG skill will be 65% at lvl 1. Go to Gun Runners (http://www.fonline-reloaded.net/wiki/index.php?title=Boneyard#The_Gun_Runners) and talk to Marshal - he will raise one cobat skill of your choice by 10% (http://www.fonline-reloaded.net/wiki/index.php?title=Boneyard_Guard)
You need to understand that this char was not designed to deal damage.It was designed to crit.
Remember that you took the perk RBTE(Right Between the Eyes) - shoot for the eyes to blind them.
Shoot your enemies in the arms to cripple their arm and/or make them drop their weapon.
Shoot your enemies in the legs to knock them down and/or cripple the leg.
Of course you should use the sniper rifle (becouse these are craftable and not so uncommon) but,more powerful weapons that a sniper can use are the gauss rifle and even the bozar.
I hope this build helps people.This build is a result of many of my chars and advice that I got from a lot of my fellow players (Lancer,Slut,Antares,etc.) .
