I can't say anything about throwing knife builds as I've never made one but if you are gonna make a 223 sneaker you need to do a lot more levelling. Drop str to 1 and max SG, EN 10, AG 9 LK10.

Any sneak build will keep you out of enemy sights as long as they don't have motion sensor or extremely good vision. You need 300% sneak to be effective though, so either make a high INT build (which is a good idea anyway if you're starting out solo) or have a plan to level it up until you get 300 sneak.

First of all if this is your first character, forget it and build something else. As Yuno mentioned companions/slaves won't fight players and are pretty shit at fighting NPC's (unless you want to enslave that NPC, in which case they will pummel it til its dead - and for that reason leave companions at home while slaving).

The trouble with a slaver character is you need 2 things you would normally dump i.e. CH (for companions) and IN (For raising speech), so its combat viability suffers greatly. You can offset some of this by dumping LK and ST, just use drugs and expect to have a few critical misses but this character will spend very little time in combat anyway. Once it has its full compliment of slaves it will spend most of its time taking them to and from mines. And don't bother with sneak for this build either.

I don't know, it could remove the annoyance when you try to buy BP's with a 1 INT character.  Since the speech thing was fixed its easy to forget that my character is a retard who builds guns, cooks up high quality drugs and performs complex medical procedures in his spare time.

I don't know about the world map thing but for sneak it would be nice to have sone weapons which don'tbrbreak sneak. However I think there should be a limitation on it, as in it wouldn't break sneak where there are no other players within say, 10 hex of the target or the sneaker.

and waste at least 150sp on it?

well, i thougt there is another way. There are only 2 or 3sp not enough fo 150energy gun...

If SG is tagged 10 books gets you to around 140 so its hardly a waste, this is now a common workaround for perks like sharpshooter which in the past would have needed higher intelligence.

I thought it was 3 minutes from death of 1st character? So after replication you could regear and return as the same character but not switch to another character for a further 2 minutes.

1 luck shouldn't be too much of an issue provided STR and skill requirements are met to keep the hit chance at 95 at all times. Obvious it can still miss sometimes a you will run th risk of being critical miss if that happens.

Take Small Frame and put extra point in PE then you can take at least Psycho and possibly beer depending how much sight you are comfortable with losing but probably advisable to take since you will be fighting at close range. You will have enough Str with carry perks to carry all the fuel you need so the reduction from SF is not a problem. You can probably afford bonehead too for a little crit resistance on the head as this build isn't going to need that much SP as it will meet the str requirements for flamer while on drugs. (Buffout and Psycho) and the other two suggested tags aren't hard to raise. (Doc 100, FA to 130 using books before any SP are spent on it).

It took a fair amount of investment to make an optimal P90 sneaker before the nerf, unfortunately many people didn't like being caught in a PvP area without a motion sensor but realistically who's fault was that?

I made an energy spammer pretty much exactly like this at start of season and shit doesn't begin to describe it. That said I have seen energy spammer work well but these all seemed to be low HP, high ap builds. I think its probably better to maximise ap and DPS at the cost of HP and make good use of cover.

I've never actually bothered with this quest. Never had the interest.
Maybe I should look at it more closely.

It really is worth doing from a farming perspective, you'll loot plenty of guns to sell, a gat laser and plenty of 5mm ammo. Plus theres the random locker spawns which 9 times out of 10 crap but every once in a while is something having.

I would like to see this happen and I don't think blocking it on the off chance a sneaker might hide in the corner of a flare trap and keep everyone there for longer than they planned. I think it is a good thing, then running a TB trap might actually require  some skill beyond standing in the right positions and waiting. If it happens then flare traps may even become a form of PvP.

It can be solo'd fairly easily in real time with a stonewall+mos tank, it just will cost a fair few stims and you will need to run outside when the mutants start to swarm you.
