With this perk you can put all wasteland creatures on -hp and enslave them with rope.
Beasts like deathclavs, fire geckos, centaurs, floaters and even ants or rats. This should be high lvl perk and every best should use PP.

I have participated in last BH fight and guy you have lost because of bad focusing and targeting. I was only sniper in caravan pen and I ko all bozars/gauss/and Daryl plasma. I am not saying we won because of me but I had better view of the fight and I was quite surprised you didn't focused me at begin.

for me idea to "eat" 15 implants is stupid. Again FO2 have much better solutin and you have specialized implants and you can use 1/character.
