I think it might, cause I have another suit where Im running pretty fast. There are also others where you are slower.

Yes killing from afar with avenger is not impossible, but vs hardcore build you need to 1 hex.

You have to one hex with avenger, shooting from far most of your bullets dont hit the target so you cant say 40 bullets * 18 = 600 damages. Its most likely 10-15 bullets from ur 40 actually hit the guy and with all the perkrs he had = the damage you saw.
