Today (Saturday) at 16.00 UTC time, Double Experience event will start - player characters will gain double experience points from any activity. The event will last until Sunday @ 22.00 UTC.
We hope you will have fun!


Please note: books of achievements will not work during that time - this means that while books will be generated via ~deleteself as normal, using them will have no effect until the event ends.

Changelog 08/08/2015

Few fixes:
- G11 and Solar Scorcher on ground graphics fixed.
- Added custom graphics for resources and some misc items.
- Fixed Louisville Slugger damage as in wipe changelog (24-60).
- It is no longer possible to make slaves drop explosives via command.

- Double Experience event starts now - see this thread for details.

Use Updater.exe to receive updated reloaded004.zip file.
As always, post bugs with new graphics in this thread if you come across any.

The Workshop / Help us with animations

We need a bit of help with some animation sets.

To make long story short:



The one without "13" on her back has no running animation and can't use many weapons. She can use a pistol or a knife. You would need to see Reloaded source, /data/CritterTypes.cfg
The one with "13" is model number 4, the one without - model number 74.
The existing .FRM files should be in critter.dat file from Fallout 2, I think that female citizens of Vault City used this model.

I don't know if someone did this before, maybe these animation sets are available somewhere. Got link? Post it.
Wanna make this by yourself? Go ahead. We will use your work in next session as default character model.

It looks to me as copy-paste work (although time consuming), but I don't know too much about making animation so I can't help much with that. But I know that there are some people in community who are able to do it or provide some help.

Changelog 19/07/2015

- Added an option to buy any custom skin at Barber for 2500 caps. List of available skins is the same as here.
- Any SMG kept in primary/secondary slot now gives -100 penalty to Sneak skill as intended earlier (see wipe changelog).
- Fixed a bug where rifle kept in secondary slot would not give penalty to Sneak skill.
- Tattoo no longer requires being older than 18.
- Fixed a bug where you could raise reputation with Gun Runners too much.
- Fixed a bug where low INT character was unable to speak with Smitty in Den.

Please note: skin buying feature will be reworked to something more appropriate for the next session.

Changelog 02/07/2015

Changes:
- Added preview/enter button to new grid in northern part of Broken Hills,
- Changed/fixed way of bullets distribution in burst attack in case of one of bullets in volley missing target,
- Fixed missing "inhales jet" floating text when using Jet,
- Fixed on-screen timeouts disappearing faster then they should (example skill cd no longer displayed while character's skill is still about 1s on cd).

Hinkley changes/fixes:
- Increased amount of ammo.
- Added "Drug Antidote" and "Full set" options to barman.
- Rockets fired (and grenades thrown) with hex shooting will no longer explode outside of arenas.
- Players will no longer lose armors/weapons when they die with explosion/pulse animation.
- Fixed some missing blockers.

Interface customization:

- Added CenterChosen keybind that will center screen instantly on your character (instead of screen slide from Home button).
You can add it to [Bindings] section of FOnline2238.cfg file, example: CenterChosen=Ctrl 3

- Added ability to define type of on-head awareness in FOnline2238.cfg file in [2238] section by:
OnHeadAwareness=1 (default)
Possible values:
0 - completely off (might increase performance on wooden pc)
1 - numbers over head (stars will still be displayed on town preview screen)
2 - stars over head

Timeouts display
- You can define style of timeouts displayed on screen by adding TimeFormat in [Timeouts] section int FOnline2238.cfg file.
Example:
TimeFormat=1

TimeFormat values:
0 - 7:00:00, 7:00, 7 (default)
1 - 7:00:00, 7:00, 7s
2 - 7:00:00, 7:00, 7 sec
3 - 7:00:00, 7:00, 7 seconds
4 - 7:00:00, 7:00, 0:07
5 - 7:00:00, 07:00, 00:07
6 - 7h 0m 0s, 7m 0s, 7s
7 - 7h 0 min 0 sec, 7 min 0 sec, 7 sec

You can define position, colors and font for specific timeouts in FOnline2238.cfg file in [Timeouts] section. Timeouts displayed on Worldmap will only use colors settings with default position.
To define custom timeout you can use:

New graphics for items (by VVish)

VVish proudly presents - FOnline: Reloaded /art/items & some other ministuff, project version: 1.3b.

Archive contains pictures for items on the ground aka ground sprites, this release was dedicated to it.
Content in details:
Ammo - 49 new.
Craft - 48 new.
Drugs - 37 new.
Guns - 85 new.
Miscellaneous - 34 new.
Bonus - 2+2 desert armor sprites.

Credits:
ZGreen - used some ideas of graphics positioning and colorizing, also sledgehammer, vindicator and a bit more pictures.
BlindBandit - minor help + psycho picture.
Onique Oyer - some of her works was re-done and improved to fit FOnline: Reloaded requirements of quality.
Some unknown authors of FO2, Desert Europe, Ashes of Phoenix - some pieces of their graphics was in use and also re-done.

- More regular items spawn with bonuses in New Reno sewers locker.
- Louisville Slugger and "Little Jesus" are non-stackable and can be spawned with bonuses in New Reno locker.
- Fixed not being able to pick last perk later than on lvl 26 (28 with skilled) when using Book of Achievement.

Caravan changes (work in progress):
- Friendly fire to other caravan members will be tolerated by caravan NPCs now. However, killing a caravan member will still cause caravan NPCs to attack the killer.
- Decreased maximum number of caravan guards from 8 to 5.
- Sentry Bots encounter removed from caravan encounter list.
- Melchior's Pets and Master's Elite Crew should now attack caravan properly.

Tesla discharge changes:
- Recharge value of MFC increased from 2 to 5.
- Recharge value of SEC increased from 1 to 2.
- Changed visual effect of discharge.
- Fixed charging armors on ground.
- Now tesla armor if fully charged when player is teleported to arena in Hinkley and 100 MFC are added to inventory.

Other changes:
- Companions should no longer block doorways in San Francisco.
- Temporary fix for crafting Weak Healing Powder (divided into 2 separate recipes).

New Fixboy
- Added a multiplier in order to craft multiple items at once (up to 99). Use Left Shift when changing counter for x10 increase/decrease.
- Added FIX ALL button that crafts chosen item using all resources available in your inventory (you don't need to set multiplier). FIX ALL is working like a checkbox button, you just click it and then click FIX. It will craft max. 100 items.
- Added Fixboy filters.

Important:
1. Run Updater.exe in order to download new file required for Fixboy.
2. Custom interfaces need to be modified in order to be working with new Fixboy. Until they are updated, you should use a client with default interface for crafting.

Caravans changes(work in progress)
- Decreased resistances of NPCs in caravan-only encounters.
- Changed maximum number of caravan NPC guards from 3 to 8.

Other changes
- Right mouse button in hex shooting mode will now cancel aiming and change cursor to move mode instead of shooting.
- Changed base AP cost of Flamethrower and Incinerator from 7 to 6 AP.
- Fixed bug with NPC - Regulator near hanged body in Boneyard.
- Added locker and some guards to New Reno Sewers (mid-tier loot).
- Adjusted 4.7mm ammo spawn in Ares.
- Minor map adjustments in Ares.
- Fixed few bugs with Ctrl+click and containers.

We publish source of Reloaded as promised. Now you can host it locally, modify it, test it, play it, whatever.
Bug reports are welcome :) Source comes in two parts:

Contains Server files, Mapper and Tools.

Note:
- This source is from 1st Season. It contains all changes before and including this update.
- It is quite compatible with what we're using now in 2nd session, so if you want to support us with work on content (maps, dialogues, quests), it should be quite easy.
- All credits for what was already in FOnline 2238 source, goes to Rotators of course.
- We provide no support for this because we don't have time for it. If you need help with modding FOnline, you should head to http://fodev.net and ask there. Other than that, you are on your own.
