Seriously, though, no; once you loose domination or control of a town while not actively playing, you plan say to go to Glow because "hey I got +15 radres, get down there and not understand why you're dead with -8k XP...... Because you lost the advantage while asleep.

that's another bullshit in your collection.

Who would go to the glow without checking their rad res? Also, you do not immediately die if you lose rad res by 15 points, and lastly, there's a rad res cap., so you wouldn't be able to stand there with 100% rad res while sleeping.

You can find pancor bps inside the Glow, but since Pancors are considered better t3, they cannot be crafted. Same as with avenger miniguns.

I guess devs just forgot to remove it from the spawn-item list.

- most players are bursters or snipers doing  normal  dmg, therefore imo 3/10 > 2/5.

- MoS combined with Bonehead works only if someone aims your head/eyes, if not, its -10% to power roll, however, not  all play snipers and I see bigger advantage in having Adrenaline Rush levels applied sooner (the more hp you have the sooner.. bla bla you know the rest).

- 8 agi because +1 from implant and +1 from nuka cola makes it 10. You do not need buffout, so no issue.

I guess required INT is 5 to initiate a Quest to become a mutie. Now since you can get +1 from Armor, +1 from Implant, +2 from mentats, I would start with the completely different special to make it as efficient as possible.

S - 5
P - 8
E - 10
C - 1
I - 1 ( after bonehead)
A - 8
L - 6

now, it's important to know what guns you wanna use, I expect BG, but more like a burster, not flamer aight? (you can use SG with few armors such as PA), therefore your perk set could be as follows:
Adrenaline Rush, Even More Crits, Even Tougher, BRD, MRD, BROA, LG, LG

as a result, after all implants and shit your stats would be as follows:
S - 6
P - 9
E - 10
C - 1
I - 2
A - 9
L - 7

328 hp, 17% chance to crit, 79% normal DR (beer, psycho, both implants, CA) - PE 9 allows you to take both psycho & cig & beer and still have 6 PE (max. avenger range)

PLease note you'd be able to turn into a mutie only after you implanted INT at level 30 human character..

it's really hard to talk about current harshness..

if we had loot drop enabled everywhere, we'd be seeing what we were seeing the whole season2 - people hoarded stuff, kept it in their tents/bases and wore it only there, because they could've get raped on their way somewhere and looted by anyone.

Now people actually use the top tier stuff this season..., just not inside the Dayglow, because that's the only location with loot drop enabled, but also the only location where top tier stuff drops.

So what you're seeing now is - you kill an enemy inside the Dayglow, and you can expect the same loot as what you looted last season from ie Ultra Violence folks .. broken non-statted combat armor mk II and minigun. These people are then crying that we're holding the location most of the time - because we're fearlessly going there and camping there with top stuff we have and that's what makes the difference in both pve there and pvp with players using regular stuff.

Factions who dominate towns could benefit from it...:

- Dominating Klamath: faction members get passive bonus to outdoorsman (+30%).

- Dominating The Den: faction members can sell slaves for 3x its normal price (ie combat slave for 1950 caps instead of 650).

- Dominating Modoc: faction members can benefit from +2% chance to craft unique armors.

- Dominating Gecko: faction members can benefit from +15 radiation resistance.

- Dominating Redding: faction members can benefit from global barter discount -5%.

- Dominating Broken Hills: faction members can benefit from refining uranium ore for free.

Dominating all towns at once by one faction: faction members can benefit from.. idk leave it up to you..

this is just an idea, can be adjusted/tweaked as much as necessary..

also, the locker should spawn puppets and/or oil cans with some decent chance .. ie 2-5%.

you misunderstood t4's purpose.

It's end game stuff, you have to fight for it to earn it.

If we wanted cowards like you running in full t4 set while being fully implanted, we'd have never asked for this location to be loot-drop zone.
