I'm not an expert but I'd advice against medic perk since you could take something more usefull e.g. stonewall
maxing first aid and doctor skills and keeping a supply of super stims should be enough.

I also suggest lowering inteligence because in the long run it's a waste of precious SPECIAL points and the only benefit is more skill points which are basically unlimited.
unless you need skill points for perks, go as low as possible, even 1. then you need a lot more levels, but it's worth it.

as for charisma I don't recommend taking more than 1. even with 1CHR and 300%speech you can have 2 companions

STR - 6 if you want to take stonewall. 5 if you want adrenaline rush, otherwise 1. you never really need more than 6

LUCK - if you take just 1 you are much more vulnerable to critical hits and critical failures, which is bad
I recomend taking 4 (and buying a implant later on)


all of the above is only important if you want to maximize your potential in combat. playing with 1INT and/or 1STR could be a pain in the ass for someone who wants a more casual approach.

yeah, -1 LCK and +1PER seems like a good idea.

I considered getting BRoF but I'll probably stick to defensive perks. with -AP pancor or xl7 I'll get to shoot 2 bursts anyway so I guess brof wouldn't change much.
bozar burst costs 6AP though... hard choice

I prefer tagging energy weapons even though I'll probably very rarely use it since the skill is capped at 300% whereas FA, DOC or outdoors is easier to maximize even without a tag. I'll probably give this guy a power servos treatment.

I ended up with 321hp and 25% crit chance, looks like I took a different lvl3 perk than you had in mind, quick recovery?

nevermind skill points, I just used smallguns because its easier to get perks this way.

who would win a 1v1 fight? assuming both have top tier gear, drugs etc.

Hello!

I might be too old in fonline years to post a topic like this but before I spend milions on implants I'd like to get some opinions.

I wanna make a character that would benefit most from all the implants available so I figured it would be a tank.

here's the build at level 40 with all implants installed: http://www.nitue.net/#fcp/direct!id=12695

my main questions are:

- is the PER/LCK/STR balance okay or should It be changed? I'm guessing few extra hit points from STR won't help as much as more sight or luck. would it be a good idea to go max perception at the cost of luck or the other way around?

- are stonewall and man of steel perks worth taking? should I skip one or both and take BRoF/some other perk?

- how exactly do I install endurance implant? I need to reduce endurance with radiation right?

What do you think?

Dobrze napisane, czuć klimat gry................ ale: 

-zamiast 'overseer', raczej powinno być 'nadzorca' czy jakoś tak, skoro piszesz po polsku.
-zmieniłbym nazwisko głównego bohatera, albo w ogóle pozostawił go bez imienia i nazwiska.

kilka drobnych błędów:
druga strona "W następie mogły," (chyba miało być 'w następstwie')
początek strony 14 "trzymając w gotowości kciuk na języku spustowym." (na języku spustowym generalnie trzyma się palec wskazujący, kciukiem można naciągnąć kurek)
strona 21 ostatni wers "Mogą żywić jakieś animozje względem Krypty 15." (a nie względem Krypty 13?)

Poza tym wszystko git, chętnie przeczytam ciąg dalszy, Pozdrawiam

Wipe was never announced.

WUT?! I had to check the first post in 'To Reload the Reloaded' topic to see if I was delusional for the last 8 months.

As most of you know already, there is a wipe coming. I think it's time to write more about it.

As for pre wipe madness +1 only if the wipe really is around the corner.

I don't mind the wait, but it would be awesome to know what's going on. perhaps some topic with one post a month with info about progress.

I think someone posted it on 2238 forum gazilion years ago. there even was a fan movie made out of it on youtube, not as good as the comic though. awesome sense of humour and great drawing.

what you're suggesting will not fix anything and most likely will create problems. if you're worried about trolling then think what could happen if blocking doorways was not punished, even if you push someone he can run back to the same spot before you can push him again.

is it so hard to learn not to block doorways and not to go afk in public locations?

Bugs / [dialogue typos] grammar mistakes, spelling, etc

I found a few of those, tried searching the forum for a topic regarding such things but didin't find any.
Is there a need to report them or are they known and just waiting to be fixed?

anyway, here's what I got from the starting location:

1. "From" is not needed here, dialogue makes sense without it.

2. "I could need" is not correct. It should either be "I need a scout" or "I could use a scout".
