 Save scum your way to Navaro and get yourself some APA, then save scum your way to NCR and get yourself a Bozar, save scum stealing caps from merchants and buy shitload of ammo for your Bozar. Congratulations, you're now god himself, all you need is a shitload of Super Stims and some level farming and you can go on your way to kill Frank Horrigan.

Interesting.
Sometimes the Enclave soldiers can succeed in killing Horrigan if you choose that path.

Also I vaguely remember Skynet having special options on the Oil Rig.

Dammit, one more replay to add to my list.

If damage were more worrisome like in some sessions of 2238, Medic/Field Medic would be desirable.

Like being unhealable for a while after respawn, but Medic/FM could fix that.

But then every gang would just have a Healer alt on hand for that.

Possibly make Medic/FM Support Perks with similar requirements. With a lot of expense/some questing involved.
Dr. Fung, Doctor in Broken Hills, Vault City Doc (in vault) needed to acquire.
Maybe they want caps, special materials, samples of various monsters, data from Talchem, special medical equipment (taken from Vault infirmaries and requiring HQ EP to fix up), health reports from many areas (ala Doc Andrew), etc.

"Domination" scores were never introduced to support factions with any profit.
It would only make powerful factions even more powerful.

It would be a cool idea to have these bonuses for factions that are in control, but it would work only with higher numbers online; currently capturing town and maintaining control most likely keeps all online faction members busy so they are unable to benefit from such bonuses.

Perhaps cannibalism?
Chop up a townsperson in a controlled town- get "old school"(Fo1) "Iguana-on-a-stick".
Eat them later for the bonus like a drug.

I am colorblind and dont see the movement cursor on certain tiles.

I need to change the movement cursor to one that I can see. Where is it located? data/art/interface? whats it named?

You can hold down CTRL to make the number of steps appear inside of the hex where the cursor is.

Might help a little.

Devi avere un personaggio prima di poter accedere.

Se hai dati SPECIALI errati, significa che non hai speso tutti i punti. Inoltre, ogni punteggio deve essere compreso tra 1 e 10, non 11 o 0.

devi registrare ogni alt separatamente. vai alla registrazione e fai un nuovo alt. un altro problema รจ vedere una "schermata di accesso". Non ricordo come aggiustarlo. Controlla la lingua italiana, se esiste qui.

controlla anche le diverse icone "fonline" su cui fare clic, potrebbero eseguire il programma in un modo diverso

Is there a simple way to make bases more secure?, everyone has loads around but they are just meeting places as no one trusts anyone to put anything there.
1) Is it easy to introduce high grade locks ( not the normal ones you can apply to footlockers and safes), like electronic locks? to be applied to all metal lockers and doors?
2) Could you make lockers/doors accessible based on faction rank? recruit, member, trusted, officer or friend, neutral, enemy?

This may help bases become more than just a meeting point

I understand the desire for security, but this is a post-apocalyptic RPG. The constant danger is essential.

On the other hand I suppose there would be a lot of leftover electronically secured storage from before the war.

Weren't there electronic locks in 2238? Just share the passcode with people of corresponding rank.

If so, then the implementation already exists.

How high is the Perception on Dayglow NPCs?

With Ghost and 205 Sneak, an NPC looking in the opposite direction spins around and crits me from about the maximum range of his weapon.

What rules apply?

This is really wierd.
